Stepping aboard again 🚤

I recently completed my second crew training day with the Wherry Yacht Charter on the Norfolk Broads, and what a fantastic experience it was.

Working as a crew, communication, coordination and situational awareness quickly became essential - especially when adapting to changing conditions.

It was a great reminder of how transferable these skills are. In Health & Safety and auditing, we rely on strong teamwork, clear communication and real-time risk awareness - exactly the same principles, just in a very different environment.

A huge thank you to the team at Wherry Yacht Charter for such a well-organised and engaging training day.
